Permission to board!
Enjoy a London experience like no other. Come aboard Flicka, a 100 year old Dutch Barge now on the Thames in central London. Flicka would have plied her trade on the canals of Holland but has been converted into an amazing floating home. Climb aboard stay in the Captains Cabin and dine in the wheelhouse or on the beautiful deck. With panoramic views of the Thames you can enjoy excellent food, a glass of wine and enjoy a sunset with the waterbirds and maybe even spot a seal. With great travel connections, including a ferry right to the doorstep, enjoy the superb setting and relax whilst watching the river go by.

DINING
The Captains Table in the Wheelhouse is the perfect setting for a meal
with family or work colleagues.
Chef Saul is a fully qualified Cordon Bleu Chef , so expect an amazing 5 course meal in complete privacy looking out over the River Thames. There is also the option of eating on the deck, weather dependent.
Chef Saul will create a tailored menu for you based on your own food preferences.

This is a completely unique experience in London.
There is also the option of a couple staying over in the Captains Cabin. Very private with its own ensuite including a marble top bath!

The Captains Cabin
Stay in luxury in the wood lined Captains Cabin. This would have been the original quarters for the crew on board. Now a beautiful room, with portholes and an En suite, you will have a unique experience you will never forget.

Step off of Flicka and straight on to the London river bus in to central London. The best way to see the City. Grab a coffee, sit in comfort and enjoy great views as you float in to town for all London has to offer (weekdays only)
On Deck
Relax on our amazing deck looking over the river. With a large dining table or comfy sofas, you will not want to leave. It is a perfect place to relax and reflect while watching the many water birds all around you
(and maybe a seal!).
Captains Cabin and En Suite

Stay in the beautiful Captains Cabin. You will have your own stairs to the stern of the boat in complete privacy. The ensuite has a marble topped bath and seperate shower.

What a little treat, From the moment we stepped on board we were made to feel welcome and at home, warm and inviting we spent most of our stay on the main deck area watching the sights of the river go by. Such a treat to see and stay in London on the Thames. The Captains Cabin was very comfortable complete with en-suite and we had the rear of the boat to ourselves, we were able to come and go as we pleased from the Wharf and the barge for evening walks along the river and to fetch the odd bottle of wine!. Will certainly we going back very soon...
Saul, Sarah and Oola are the most welcoming of hosts on a really unique and beautiful location. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and right at home.
Excellent views and easy access to river walks or other transport to London’s main attractions, room and facilities are top quality.I cannot recommend a stay on Flicka highly enough and hope the opportunity comes to return soon. Superb.
Staying at Flicka as Londoners made us fall in love with the city again. It was so nice to sleep by the water in the cosy cabin (surprisingly peaceful with earplugs!), watch the world go from the deck, and go to work the next day on the Uber boat right on the doorstep. Magical!
